RVUNL EXAM 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- To apply for the post the applicants have to qualify for certain eligibility requirement.
- Candidates must have an ITI Certification in relevant fields from an approved institution.
- Specific trades are allowed in the application process. Trades include Electrician/ Fitter/Welder/ Machinist, /Instrument Mechanic and Wireman.
- The aspirants have to be aged minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 28 years as of 01.01.2026.
- Age relaxation is available for certain categories. As in 5 years for SC/ST/EWS/OBC along with 10 years for PWD and as per government rules for Ex-Servicemen.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens or meet the eligibility criteria defined by the Government of India.

RVUNL Technician Exam Pattern 2025
The RVUNL Technician Exam Pattern 2025 comprises two stages: the Mains and the Prelims. The Prelims exam comprises 100 questions, divided equally into General Awareness and Technical Knowledge, with a total of 90 minutes. Both sections have 50 questions and an equal mark, aimed at evaluating both the general knowledge and technical skills of the candidates. The Mains exam, succeeding the Prelims, consists of 150 questions with more emphasis on Technical Knowledge with 100 questions and General Awareness with 50 questions.
