• The candidates have to own a Bachelor of Fisheries Science from an organization by using the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

• SC/ST candidates: Up to 43 years (5 years of relaxation is there) 
• OBC/MOBC candidates: Up to 41 years (3 years of relaxation is there) 
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years for the general category with more relaxations for OBC/MOBC and SC/ST 
• Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): An extra 10 years for all categories 
• The date on the Class 10^th /Class 12^th admit card or pass certificate is the key determinant in calculating you age.
• Candidates who are seeking a fee waiver for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/BPL must provide a valid certificate from the appropriate authority.

• The application fee is different for different reservation category.
• For the General category this is Rs.250+ processing fee of Rs. 40 + tax of 7.20=Rs 297.20 Rs.
• For OBC/MOBC category the application fee is Rs.150 Rs+ processing fee of Rs.40 +tax of Rs 7.20=Rs. 197.20
• For the SC/ST/BPL/PwBD, there is no application fee. So there is only processing fee along with tax of 7.20 that is Rs. 47.20.

Written Test:
