Air Authority of India is conducting a recruitment drive in 2025 for the post of junior executive for Air Traffic Control. The recruitment notification was released on 4th April 2025 however the registration will start from 24 April 2025 onwards where candidates have to fill the application through online mode. Eligibility Criteria for AAI ATC Recruitment 2025
You need to fulfill the following eligibility conditions to apply for this recruitment drive. Check all of them in below;
- Only Indians are eligible to apply for this recruitment.
- The minimum age of the applicant is not scheduled but it should be more than 18 years. However the maximum age should not be more than 27 years old. Candidates belonging to OBC will get 3 years, SC, ST will get 5 years and PwD will get a maximum relaxation in age of 10 years.
- The candidate is required to complete B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics or should complete engineering in any discipline.
- You are required to complete 10th or 12th class with english language and should be proficient in writing and speaking english.
Salary structure for AAI ATC Recruitment 2025
Selected candidates will get a basic monthly salary of 40,000 rupees as of pay scale for group B, E 1 level for the post of junior executive. Apart from the basic salary, employees will get 35% of basic pay additionally as dearness allowance, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social welfare schemes benefits, medical facilities, paid leaves etc according to AAI rules. So by getting all the benefits, the employee will get approximately 13 lakh rupees per year under this recruitment drive for the post of Junior Executive.

AAI ATC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection procedure will include 2 phases including the written exam and aptitude test. Firstly all the candidates have to appear in the Written exam which will be conducted on computer based test mode and after that selected candidates will be called for Interview cum document verification.
- Written Test: the written test will include a combined sections of general aptitude including reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, english language test, subject specific test.
