Orissa Construction Workers Welfare Scheme Scholarship: The state government is operating a special scholarship scheme for the children of construction workers in the state. Through this scholarship, the children of Orissa building or construction workers are provided annual financial assistance to complete their studies. This scholarship includes children of ST, SC, OBC, General, EWS community. Where they are provided financial assistance to study class VI and above. Under this scholarship scheme, students are provided scholarships ranging from ₹ 2000 to ₹ 40000.
The State Government is conducting the construction of a construction labor welfare scheme scholarship to provide education facilities to the children of building or construction workers. Through this scholarship, the children of the construction workers of Orissa state are provided annual financial assistance so that they do not leave the study in the middle due to lack of economic facility after class VI. Through this scholarship, the children of workers are provided scholarships to complete studies in subjects like class VI, Eighth, Class XI, 12th and Graduation and Post Graduation. Also, under scholarship, girls are also given an additional benefit of 20%.

- Scholarship of ₹ 10000 annually to students receiving B.Ed Nursing Training in Government College

Eligibility Criteria FOR Orissa Construction Workers Welfare Scheme Scholarship 2025
To get this scholarship, the applicant will have to ensure the following eligibility criteria.
- Students must be a citizen of India.
- The student must have a native certificate of Orissa.
- To achieve this scholarship, it is mandatory for the student to study in class VI or above class VI or above.
- It is mandatory for the guardian of the candidate who applied to the scholarship to be registered with the Building of Orissa State or in the Construction Workers Association.
- To take advantage of this scholarship, the student’s general scheduled caste tribe must have other backward classes socially and economically backward or economically backward class category.
